Celebrating Our Renewing Members: Strengthening the Nonprofit Community Together
At the Nonprofit Association of the Midlands (NAM), our members are the driving force behind a stronger, more connected nonprofit sector. Each renewal represents a shared belief in the power of collaboration, learning, and collective impact. We’re deeply grateful to our renewing members for continuing to be part of the NAM community and for investing in the growth and success of nonprofits across Nebraska and Western Iowa.
By renewing their membership, these organizations help sustain valuable networking opportunities, professional development, increased visibility, and access to essential resources. Their continued partnership enables NAM to provide the tools, advocacy, and training that empower nonprofits to better serve their missions and communities.
This month, we proudly recognize and thank the following renewing members for their dedication and ongoing commitment:
Central Plains Center for Services – Supporting individuals and families across Nebraska, Central Plains Center for Services helps people build stability and self-sufficiency through a range of programs that promote education, employment, and community well-being.
Cedars Youth Services – For decades, Cedars has been a trusted source of care and support for children and families. Through shelter, prevention, and family services, Cedars ensures that young people have a safe, nurturing environment in which to grow and thrive.
Connected Forever – Dedicated to supporting families who have experienced pregnancy or infant loss, Connected Forever provides comfort, resources, and a compassionate community that helps families find healing and connection.
Nebraskans for Alternatives to the Death Penalty – Committed to advancing justice and human dignity, this organization educates and advocates for humane alternatives to capital punishment, fostering dialogue and understanding throughout Nebraska.
Nebraska Tribes Addressing Violence Coalition – This coalition works collaboratively with Nebraska’s tribal communities to end violence and support survivors. Through advocacy, education, and partnership, they promote healing, safety, and empowerment.
Each of these organizations plays an essential role in strengthening the fabric of our region. Their renewal helps NAM continue its mission of building connections, sharing knowledge, and supporting the nonprofit professionals who make a difference every day.
To all our renewing members—thank you for your continued partnership and trust. Together, we’re building a more resilient, united, and impactful nonprofit sector for the communities we serve.
