Sound financial reporting is a key to sustainability, but managing the accounting systems can be complex and detract from more mission-centric work. Member organizations needing help can lean on NAM for quality financial management on a fee-for-service basis.

Our accounting services are Tailored to meet each client;s specific needs and may include:

  • Payment Processing – Based on your organization's pay schedule. We can also prepare your annual 1099 forms.
  • Revenue Recording – Record pledges and incoming revenue.
  • Financial Statement Preparation & Analysis – Prepare financial reports and analysis tailored to your organizational needs. Additionally, we can attend Board or Finance Committee meetings to present the reports and answer any questions.
  • Foundation Grant Reports – Assist with the financial sections of interim or final reports
  • New Employee Set-up in your Payroll System – Ensure the required information is entered into your payroll system, including deductions for insurance, retirement plans, and more.
  • Special Projects – Creating or updating your chart of accounts; updating your Financial Internal Controls; developing budget templates that mirror Financial Statements, etc.

QuickBooks is the software platform for these services.
    • $75 per hour for remote work.
    • $85 per hour for on premise work.
    • $130 per hour for special projects
    • $60 per hour to attend Board or Finance Committee meetings
