About the 2024 Survey:
The Nonprofit Association of the Midlands (NAM) in partnership with the Iowa Nonprofit Association (INA), is please to offer the 2024 Salary & Benefits Survey Report. We know that as nonprofits, our people are our strongest asset. Our goal is to support the regional nonprofit community and their key assets by providing custom, localized, and actionable data on Salary & Benefits trends in our community.
This year we are excited to provide a regional report spanning both Iowa and Nebraska. This regional approach has allowed us to provide more robust insights across a greater geographic region. This annual survey and report is designed to reflect the unique landscape in which nonprofits operate. We hope these results will help support your organization in attracting and retaining top talent. The data insights we are able to provide would not be possible without participants like you. As always, NAM will never share your results with other organizations or funders. Instead, any reporting on Salary & Benefits will only be in aggregate, so your organization’s identity will be protected.
