Business Partners are local businesses or individual consultants with an interest to promote and support the mission and values of the Nonprofit Association of the Midlands, and the nonprofit community in Nebraska. When you become a Business Partner of NAM, we pledge to:
-Give your business preferred status on all our business needs, bids for services, and bids for supplies.
-Work to connect you to members through a variety of methods, including face-to-face, online networking, multi-media and conference sponsorship opportunities.
In turn, we expect our partners to:
-Offer excellent customer service to our nonprofit members.
-Offer a significant discount on services provided to our nonprofit members.
We offer three partnership levels to meet your budget:
Level One | $750/year
Level Two | $300/year
Consultant | $150 (Consultant Level partnership is defined as the work-from-home, single employee consulting business.)
This is what you get for your investment as our Business Partner:
Level One: $750/year
Your business partner listing on our website will feature your picture, and linked icons for your phone number, e-mail address, and social media. If you have a Facebook account, we will link to it and your Facebook page plug in will be visible on your business listing. You have the option of adding pictures and videos of your products and services to your listing as well.
Your business will be featured in our digital communication: NAM Marketplace e-mail blasts, social media (as we are able), and as a featured business partner on our website. ($400 value) Your organization will be listed on our business partner website page, where all Level One business partners will be listed alphabetically, before Level Two and Consultant business partners.
You will have the first opportunity to sponsor annual nonprofit training events. We host major nonprofit conferences in Kearney and La Vista each year, as well as a seminar on grant writing in Omaha. This is a great way to get your name and logo in front of nonprofit leaders.
You will receive 5 (five) scholarships for NAM-provided professional development training sessions of your choice for you, your staff or for a nonprofit of your choice (must be a NAM member.) This offer excludes annual training events. (up to a $175 value)
We will allow use of our training and conference room for you to present a workshop covering relevant and useful information to our members. We will advertise your workshop to our members and track RSVPs. We are looking for effective presenters who can teach our members something they need to know to help run their nonprofit more effectively and efficiently. (This is not a marketing or advertising opportunity.) ($350 value)
Your business will be listed in our Annual Report to all members and business partners. ($35 value)
Your business will be allowed to send an email message to our mass mailing list (~6500) two times during the year (a $150-200 value). This benefit must be coordinated with NAM staff prior distribution, and will be sent in accordance with our master communication plan. We will send your content via our system so your content gets in front of our members, and doesn't go to the junk folder. (NAM reserves the right to approve the final mailing to our members.)
Employees from your business will receive training at the NAM member price (50% off). This will help your business understand and communicate with the nonprofit community more effectively. For example, if your employees are expected to sit on a nonprofit board, they can receive 50% off our Nonprofit BoardMasters courses. ($35-125 value)
All this adds up to a value of from $1145 to $1285 for your business!!
Level Two: $300 and Consultant: $150
