Kalisha Reed

Kalisha Reed, LIMHP, LIPC, NCC is a seasoned nonprofit executive and licensed mental health professional with deep expertise in strategic leadership, program development, and community engagement. She currently serves as Executive Director of Youth Emergency Services (YES), where she leads organizational strategy, accreditation, fundraising, and service delivery to support youth experiencing homelessness.

Kalisha’s leadership is grounded in her clinical background, with years of experience providing behavioral health services across outpatient, school-based, and community settings. Her work has consistently centered on expanding access to trauma-informed care and building systems that support youth and families.

She is an adjunct professor at Bellevue University, teaching undergraduate behavioral science courses, and is deeply involved in community leadership. Kalisha serves as Vice Chair of both the Threshold Continuum of Care and the South Omaha Community Care Council. She also sits on the Advisory Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity International, supporting efforts to advance Black homeownership, and serves on advisory committees for Clarkson Family Medicine and Lutheran Family Services’ Transitional Living Program.
