Professional Bio
Melissa Robinson is the Executive Director at College Possible Omaha. In her role, Melissa leads the Omaha team in all day-to-day management and operational issues, including strategic organizational development, raising funds, coordinating communications and building relationships with partner schools, universities and organizations in the Omaha metro area.
She brings 20 plus years of nonprofit experience in fund development, volunteer management, and strategic planning. Melissa joined College Possible because of her belief in the transformative power of education and the importance of ensuring access to educational opportunities for all students.
Melissa holds a bachelor's degree in English from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a graduate degree in English, Language and Literature from St. Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas. She is a board member of the Bellevue Public Schools Foundation, the Education Co-Chair for the Association of Fundraising Professionals – Nebraska Chapter and a member of Cohort 18 of the Nonprofit Executive Institute facilitated by the Nonprofit Association of the Midlands.
