As Manager of Development at United Way of the Midlands, I lead efforts to cultivate relationships with donors, corporate partners, and community leaders to advance our mission and drive sustainable impact. My work focuses on aligning community needs with meaningful investments, ensuring resources are directed where they can make the greatest difference.

With a background in outreach, partnership building, and collaborative initiatives, I take a people-centered and results-driven approach to my work. I believe in the power of collective action and know that when the right people, ideas, and resources come together, we can create lasting solutions for our communities.
