Recently, there has been an escalation in threats and attacks on nonprofits by the federal government. There is a training TODAY, Tuesday, June 16 at 3pm CT, by the National Council of Nonprofits, Nonprofits Together, the Leadership Conference, and the Brennan Center are for nonprofits on responding to raids, door knocks and subpoenas from federal officials.
Due to these ongoing threats against nonprofits and their legal activities, NAM is providing additional resources for Members and Nonprofits statewide to be adequately prepared. Stay tuned for more information.
