Joy Conradt

Hi, my name is Joy Conradt. I’m the Operations Director and a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with FHSI. I’ve been with the organization since 2014, and FHSI has been serving our communities since 1973. I spent many years working directly in patient care and still help out when needed, but today most of my time is focused on operations and supporting the people and systems that make quality care possible. Having experience on both the clinical and operational sides gives me a unique perspective, and I enjoy working to balance day‑to‑day care with long‑term sustainability and growth.
