This session will empower participants to measure the implementation of organizational goals through effective key performance indicators. We will explore strategies for designing meaningful metrics that drive clarity, inform decision-making, and demonstrate impact.

Meet Your Trainer:

Beth Morrissette, MPA, MSW serves as the CEO at Parlay, bringing over 25 years of experience in the nonprofit sector. With a diverse background ranging from Nonprofit Executive Director to Nonprofit Board member to elected official, Beth possesses comprehensive expertise across various job responsibilities. As an Executive Director, she played a pivotal role in steering a collective impact organization to forge successful partnerships spanning multiple nonprofits and government entities. Passionate about community service and advancement, Beth currently serves her second term on the Board of Education for Westside Community Schools and has previously served on the Board of Directors for a large nonprofit organization with a budget exceeding $24 million. She specializes in enhancing organizational capacity through effective board governance, strategic planning, and implementation coaching.

Beth's success in the nonprofit sector is underscored by her affiliation with the Nonprofit Association of the Midlands (NAM). Following her completion of their Nonprofit Executive Institute, she has remained actively involved, serving on the leadership committee, and contributing to various initiatives such as strategic planning, implementation coaching, and BoardMaster training.
