With a background in nonprofit leadership and a passion for empowering teams, Charity helps organizations navigate complexity with clarity, connection, and purpose.
She is also co-owner of Great Plains ToP, where she coordinates trainer networks and course logistics across the region. Known for her structured yet soulful approach, Charity blends strategic systems with human-centered design to foster real conversations and shared ownership.
