Professional Bio
Tierra Harper, IMH-E®, serves as the Manager of Omaha Child Care Partnerships at the Nebraska Early Childhood Collaborative. She is a passionate advocate for early care and education, with a strong focus on advancing sustainable, affordable, and high-quality child care solutions. Tierra’s work is rooted in a deep commitment to supporting children and families, particularly those in historically under-resourced communities.
She brings a community-driven approach to addressing systemic challenges in the early childhood landscape, with a specialized focus on Black Maternal Health, Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health, and the empowerment of early childhood professionals. Her efforts aim to build equitable access to care and strengthen the infrastructure of early childhood programs across the Omaha-Metro area.
Tierra holds a Bachelor of Science in Education and Human Sciences with an emphasis in Child Development from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys quality time with her husband, Antwine, and their son, Ashton
