Organization Overview
The mission of The Sanctuary Collective is to cultivate spaces that enable women and girls to be their best selves via individual goal attainment, collective community building, and holistic wellness.
Women and girls face trauma, discrimination, and injustice every day (Rhode, 2008). Women of color are 6x more likely to die from said trauma, discrimination, and injustice (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s National Vital Statistics System).
The Sanctuary Collective is a recognized 501 (c) 3 organization that was founded in 2022 to combat the trauma, discrimination, and injustices that women of color face daily. We prioritize the needs and safety of women leveraging a communal home, hope, healing, and holistic wellness rooted in a data backed curriculum that builds skills, self-awareness, goal execution, social capital and a network of ongoing support and mentorship.
