Taylor Sterba

I have a Bachelor's in Public Policy with minors in Communication and Economics from Creighton University. My work is driven by the desire to appreciate the individuality of each person and, when faced with a problem, to collect all the information I can to find the best solution. I have familiarity working with national and local non-profits as a Public Relations Advisor, Education Policy Director and advocate, Social Media Lead, and Communications and Outreach Coordinator. These positions have granted me the opportunity to listen to and learn from the communities around me about their needs and desires for a more prosperous and equitable life. This reinforces my passion to amplify their voices and call out injustices and inefficiencies at the policy level. I am interested in furthering my commitment to public service through communication, data and policy analysis, and advocacy.
