The mission of the Omaha Latino Firefighters Association is to build and strengthen community bonds and visibility through service, advocacy, and representation.
 Enhance visibility of Latino firefighters and emergency personnel in the Omaha region and nationally
 Increase community engagement in learning environments and cultural events.
 Promote firefighter, paramedic, and EMT careers among young people in the Omaha Latino community
