Professional Bio

My career is centered on helping people navigate circumstances, strengthen relationships, and build more stable futures. I have a diverse professional background spanning law enforcement, probation, family support, case management, and fatherhood programming. This experience has given me a unique perspective on both the systems people encounter and the personal challenges they face while navigating them.

I currently serve as a case manager with Lutheran Family Services where I work with fathers to identify meaningful goals, overcome barriers, strengthen family relationships, and connect with resources to support long-term stability. I value relationship-building and believe effective support requires both accountability and genuine understanding.

My previous experience in law enforcement and probation deepened my commitment to public service while teaching me the importance of meeting people where they are. My work in family support further strengthened my passion for helping individuals and families recognize their strengths and create meaningful change.

I hold a bachelor's degree in legal studies and am committed to strengthening communities across every role I have held, I have been drawn to work that allows me to make a practical difference in people's lives. I believe people are capable of change, and that meaningful change is more likely when someone is willing to recognize their potential, hold them accountable, and walk alongside them toward a better future.
