Kyla Collins, is a Program Specialist at The Kim Foundation, where she supports the organization’s mission to advance mental health awareness and strengthen community-based prevention efforts. In this role, she assists with the coordination and implementation of programs designed to connect individuals and communities with education, outreach, and mental health resources.
Kyla holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), which supports her work in program coordination, strategy, and organizational development. Her academic background has strengthened her ability to approach initiatives with both structure and a focus on long-term impact.
Prior to joining The Kim Foundation, Kyla gained experience in healthcare and nonprofit environments, where she developed skills in communication, outreach, and community engagement. Her work has centered on helping organizations improve how they share information and connect with the communities they serve.
Kyla enjoys building relationships and collaborating with her community, valuing the connections that come from working closely with partners, colleagues, and stakeholders to support shared goals.
Her interest in mental health advocacy is rooted in personal experiences and the experiences of those around her, which have shaped her commitment to supporting work that improves understanding and encourages open dialogue around mental health.
