Courtney Baughman

With more than 16 years of experience spanning music therapy, early childhood education, program management, and nonprofit leadership, Courtney now serves as Executive Director of Learning For ALL. In this role, she leads the organization’s efforts to expand equitable access to education and empower adult learners throughout the community.
