I’ve worked as a Social Worker with the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services for about six years before transitioning into School Social Work. Through these experiences, I’ve gained valuable insight into the challenges individuals and families face across different systems. I’m now using what I’ve learned from both government and public service to works towards expanding affordable community mental health care, case management, and access to resources through Waves of Change.
