James Schneider

Jim Schneider received his undergraduate and law degrees at Creighton University in Omaha. Over a 40-year legal career he was a trial attorney with a prominent Omaha firm specializing in personal injury and commercial litigation, then in-house counsel and later vice president with a major insurance company, and for 24 years was Assistant General Counsel at Kiewit Corporation. Jim and his wife Peg have three children and live in Omaha, where Jim volunteers with Habitat for Humanity, the Benson Theatre, and Holy Cross Lutheran Church.
