TD Content Development Specialist | Passionate People Advocate | Strategic, Creative, Results-Driven
With over a decade of experience across Fortune 500 companies and public agencies, I bring a strong foundation in talent development, content creation, and operational strategy. In my current role as a TD Content Development Specialist at Kiewit, I collaborate with instructional designers to develop engaging, learner-centered training—both eLearning and facilitator-led—while applying design thinking and adult learning principles.
My strengths—Empathy, Input, Learner, Includer, and Focus—guide how I show up every day. I’m passionate about helping people grow and building programs that create meaningful, lasting impact. Whether it’s launching onboarding initiatives, managing instructional platforms, supporting leadership with Gallup analytics, or improving internal processes, I approach each challenge with curiosity, creativity, and a commitment to excellence.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, with a focus in conflict management and human relations, and later completed a graduate certificate in Human Resources Development. Earlier in my career, I supported individuals and families as a Social Service Worker and developed leadership skills through mentorship roles and cross-functional collaboration.
Outside of work, I find joy in volunteering, especially as a Service League Member with Project Harmony. I hope to one day serve on the board of a nonprofit organization and continue using my skills to make a difference in the community. Whether I’m mentoring interns, creating content, or coordinating events, my goal is always the same: to help people feel seen, supported, and set up for success.
