She currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Omaha Performing Arts and leads Erin Cihal Consulting, where she supports mission-driven organizations in building strong leadership, effective teams, and practical operations.

Erin’s career has spanned HR, compliance, and executive operations, with deep experience coaching leaders, improving organizational structure, and managing change. She’s known for her ability to connect the dots between people, policy, and performance. She holds a JD and MBA, but most days she’s more focused on helping leaders build workplaces that work for everyone.
