Founder and Secretary of Benson high School Foundation —2019 founded. Have since worked for the Foundation to raise money for a school health center, tennis courts, memory garden and am now raising 6.5 million for ball fields for Benson at Gallagher Park. I was a teacher for 20 years —OPS and Metro Community College. I owned and operated two gift, stationery and printing stores for 20 years,
I volunteered my whole life—President of three PTA’s, started Burke High Scholarship Auction. Started and directed a tennis league for players who did not have the opportunity to play winter tennis. Volunteered with University of Nebraska at Lincoln entrepreneurship department, helped start Morrill Hall gift shop, spoke at the annual conferences, served on the Board of Directors of Morrill Hall. Served on the Board of directors for Nebraska Museum of Nebraska Art, Kearney, Lauritzen Gardens Guild Board of Directors, set Luke and St Paul Methodist Church Boards of Directors.
