Candias Jones

Candias “Candi” Jones is a nonprofit executive, nationally recognized speaker, leadership strategist, and founder of Coaching with Candi. As CEO of Girls Inc. of Omaha, she leads organizational strategy, growth, culture, fundraising, and community partnerships focused on creating meaningful opportunities for girls and families.

With more than two decades of experience in nonprofit and community leadership, Candi brings both professional expertise and lived experience to conversations about leadership, humanity, healing, and accountability. Her work challenges leaders to pursue impact without believing they must sacrifice themselves, their humanity, or their well-being to prove their commitment to the mission.

Candi’s leadership and community impact have earned national and local recognition, including awards honoring her work in social justice, leadership, and community impact. Through national speaking engagements, executive coaching, and community leadership, she creates space for more honest conversations about what leadership requires and how we can lead powerfully without losing ourselves in the process.
