Brandy Clements, BABH, MCP
Community Advocate | Youth Developer | Empowerment Leader

Brandy Clements is a passionate and purpose-driven professional with over seven years of experience in non-profit leadership, behavioral health, and youth development. She currently leads transformative youth empowerment initiatives as the Whitney Young Academy Coordinator at the Urban League of Nebraska. With a commitment to education, equity, and community-centered solutions, Brandy works to create intentional programming that prepares young people for success in life, college, and career.

Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Health with a minor in Psychology, Brandy brings both compassion and strategy to her work. Her expertise spans program management, mentorship engagement, and community outreach. As a Master Certified Professional Life Coach and trained Full Spectrum Doula, she is also deeply committed to holistic wellness, supporting individuals and families through every stage of growth and transformation.

Brandy uses tools like Microsoft Office and Excel to streamline program operations, manage data, and ensure impact across the board. Her leadership style is rooted in relationship-building, cultural responsiveness, and results-driven planning that uplifts underserved communities.

In addition to her professional work, Brandy serves as an ambassador for Black Student Leadership Council, Parliamentarian for both the North Omaha Community Partnership and the Urban League of Nebraska Young Professionals while also holding the roles of Community Service member and Membership Chair for ULNYP, where she mobilizes volunteers, engages new members, and champions initiatives that strengthen the social and economic well-being of Black professionals across Omaha.

Brandy is committed to building legacy, creating space for others to thrive, and driving positive change that honors the resilience and brilliance of her community.
