Brandon Herring is the Founder and CEO of Adaptive Crossroads and the Owner of Adaptive Physical Fitness in Omaha, Nebraska. With over 15 years of experience, he is a leader in adaptive fitness and inclusive programming, focused on improving access to services that promote independence, health, and long-term success for individuals of all abilities.
A former collegiate baseball athlete and strength and conditioning coach, Brandon combines performance-based training principles with a functional, real-life approach. His work prioritizes not only physical strength, but also daily living skills, confidence, and overall quality of life for individuals with developmental and physical disabilities, seniors, and athletes.
Brandon is deeply involved in the Special Olympics community, where he has coached and supported athletes and families for years. This hands-on experience has shaped his leadership and vision, highlighting the need for more connected, accessible systems of support beyond traditional services.
Through Adaptive Physical Fitness and Adaptive Crossroads, Brandon partners with families, therapists, schools, and community organizations to expand inclusive opportunities and bridge gaps in care. His work is driven by a commitment to building sustainable programs and collaborative networks that empower individuals to thrive and communities to grow stronger together.
