Professional Bio
Alisa Parmer, PLMHP, MBA serves as Senior Director of In-Home Services at RADIUS, where she leads the implementation of a family engagement program designed to support families navigating life-changing traumatic events through a restorative practice model. In her role, she oversees a team of family engagement professionals working directly in the community to support youth and their families, with the goal of fostering stability, strengthening relationships, and supporting successful transitions back into the home and community.
With more than 20 years of experience in the greater Omaha, Nebraska area, Alisa is a recognized leader and change agent across multiple sectors, including higher education, behavioral health, children and family services, and economic development. Her career reflects a deep commitment to improving outcomes for youth and families through collaborative, community-centered approaches.
Alisa is a passionate advocate for juvenile justice reform, expanded mental health services, equitable education opportunities, and urban economic development. She is actively engaged in civic leadership and serves on several boards and committees, including the Omaha Economic Development Community Board, Leadership Omaha Curriculum Committee, and Threshold Board of Directors.
She is an alumna of the University of Nebraska at Omaha, Purdue University Global, and Bellevue University, where she developed the academic foundation that continues to inform her strategic leadership and community impact.
