Her work with refugee communities began in the ‘90s with an international Non-G0vernmental Organization; other work experiences include policymaking, advocacy, farmworker justice, women’s health & multigenerational, diverse education. Pam’s experience as a leader is rooted in solidarity, bringing a practical and relational perspective to her work. Based in Omaha, Nebraska, Pam feels most at home as a bridge-builder, resister and “woman behind the scenes”, which continually inform her leadership.
