Keyosha Atwater is an educator, learning designer, and founder of ReflectED, a nonprofit organization focused on helping learners and communities navigate the intersection of literacy, learning, critical thinking, and artificial intelligence. With experience spanning education, workforce development, instructional design, and organizational leadership, she explores how emerging technologies are reshaping the ways people learn, work, and make decisions.
Keyosha is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Learning, Design, and Technology, where her research focuses on metacognition, self-regulated learning, and the use of generative AI to support deeper learning and knowledge transfer. Her work centers on a simple question: as technology becomes more powerful, what becomes more important about being human?
