Ana Lopez Shalla

Ana Lopez Shalla is the co-founder and principal of Working Ventures, a national consultancy advising clients on strategy, program design, compliance, and stakeholder engagement for workforce development initiatives. She has over a decade of experience leading workforce and economic development initiatives and is recognized for building cross-sector partnerships and launching scalable programs that connect education and labor market demand. In addition to her work with Working Ventures, she currently serves as a Special Advisor within the University of Nebraska System. Previously, she held leadership roles at the Greater Omaha Chamber and Avenue Scholars. A Fulbright Scholar, Ana holds degrees from Harvard University and Boston College and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
