Doug Gillespie

Doug Gillespie is the Host of Good Company a small business focused podcast and the owner of HKG Insurance Solutions a small group and non profit focused benefits firm located in Omaha that specializes in helping groups with less than 10 employees find affordable employee benefits. The firm will assist with benefit and enrollment and utilizes technology to create operation efficiencies for small nonprofits with tight budgets. Doug is here to assist with group insurance or individual plans that non profits can compete with to attract and retain top talent. In his free time, Doug enjoys spending time with his family at his cattle ranch in central Nebraska.
