Professional Bio
Allison Bitterman is a fundraising strategist and consultant who helps nonprofits and mission-driven organizations build stronger, more diversified, and sustainable revenue strategies.
With more than a decade of experience in nonprofit leadership, fundraising, political campaigns, and entrepreneurship, Allison has worked across virtually every area of development—from major gifts and grants to corporate partnerships, sponsorships, individual giving, donor engagement, prospecting, and capital campaigns.
Her consulting work focuses on helping organizations identify where their greatest fundraising opportunities exist, prioritize those opportunities, and build practical strategies to turn them into revenue. She works with organizations to strengthen donor pipelines, activate underutilized databases, identify new prospects, diversify funding sources, develop corporate and foundation partnerships, and create more intentional approaches to major gifts and campaigns.
Allison founded Raise Box as a reflection of this work—a fundraising strategy and intelligence platform designed to give organizations the tools, systems, and insight they need to find more prospects, engage more donors, and create more revenue opportunities without simply relying on the same small group of supporters.
Her approach combines high-level fundraising strategy with practical execution. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, Allison works with organizations to understand their goals, resources, existing relationships, and revenue challenges, then develop a focused roadmap for growth.
Her goal is simple: help organizations stop leaving fundraising opportunities on the table and build a more diversified, predictable, and sustainable funding model.
