Adam Conley is a dynamic HR strategist and the founder of Transformative HR Support, launched in 2023 with a mission to help nonprofits thrive by creating people-first workplaces rooted in equity, empathy, and impact.
With over a decade of experience in human resources across the nonprofit, healthcare, and education sectors, Adam brings a deep understanding of the unique challenges mission-driven organizations face. Adam holds a Master’s degree in Leadership, SHRM-SCP, PHR certified and has worked in diverse communities across Oregon, California, Florida, Illinois, Virginia, and now Nebraska—giving them a broad, inclusive perspective on organizational culture and workforce development.
Adam specializes in helping organizations align their values with effective HR practices—offering support in employee relations, compliance, policy development, DEI, and organizational change. His approach is equity-centered, and always rooted in real-world results.
