Professional Bio
December, I will celebrate one year at the Business Ethics Alliance as the Director of Educational Programs and Events. My background in nonprofit organizations and as an Omaha consultant has equipped me with extensive experience in curriculum development, program design, and grant writing. I am passionate about mindfulness, motivation, and holistic education, and I use that expertise to empower communities through innovative learning and strategic outreach.
I hold a Doctor of Education from Baylor University, where I researched the impact of motivational coaching in urban education, as well as degrees from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Having long supported the Alliance by attending events like the EthicSpace Conference, this role feels like a true homecoming.
I am actively involved in the Omaha community, supporting initiatives focused on education, ethics, and leadership. In my free time, I enjoy family, exploring local restaurants, hiking, and visiting family in Colorado.
My Gallup Strengths—Communication, Strategic, Achiever, Positivity, and Learner—guide me in connecting with others and advancing meaningful projects every day.
