Join our panel as we revisit the most impactful topics, share strategies for building financial resilience, and explore emerging trends in the nonprofit sector that will shape 2026 and beyond.

Christine Chacko,she/they, is a Technology Associate at Your Part-Time Controller, LLC, where they help develop technology solutions that allow clients to better use and understand their financial data. Christine holds a BBA in Accounting from Loyola University in Maryland, and an MPhil from Trinity College Dublin. They bring extensive experience in fiscal management, leadership development, strategic planning, data analysis, and financial reporting. Christine has developed and led many internal and external trainings over the years, helping other professionals to learn about topics such as creating inclusive spaces, telling a story with financial information, and implementing process improvements to better inform data-driven decisions.

She holds both a Bachelor's andMaster's degree in Accountingfrom Rider University. Nicole is an active member of the Nonprofit Resource Hub, AICPA, and NY Imagine Awards. Recently, she was featured on The Nonprofit Show with Julia Patrick and has spoken at events held by the Nonprofit Resource Hub and NYN Media’sOpConandBoardCon.

Derick Dreher
Government Funding Department Leader, Your Part-Time Controller, LLC
Derick Dreherinaugurated YPTC’s Government Funding Department in 2022 and has led it ever since. In this capacity, he helps clients find and apply for institutional funding, including both government and foundation grants. Before joining YPTC, Dreher served for over twenty years as executive director of the Rosenbach Museum & Library—YPTC’s very first client—in Philadelphia. He was a frequent applicant for institutional and individual funding during that entire term, completing a $10 million capital campaign in 2003 among other accomplishments. Dreher has also been a peer reviewer for federal and state funding agencies and serves today on the board of a charitable foundation.
