Jason R. Fischer is a seasoned business owner of Surreal Media Lab as Marketing and
Creative Director going on three decades of experience building brands, crafting narratives, and
leading winning social media strategies. A passionate advocate for Omaha's BIPOC culture
and creative community, he has held key positions in various organizations, including Small
Business Chair for the Greater Omaha Chamber, Board Chair of Together, and Vice Chair of
Family Housing Advisory Services. Jason's global impact is evident through his work with
companies like Union Pacific, Obama Foundation, OPPD, Business Ethics Alliance and many
others.
His latest venture, AGENCY, "A hub for content creators," aims to be a revolutionary space for
content creators to learn, work, and play right here in Omaha. The programing also celebrates
African-American culture through modern media and entertainment.

and social justice.
