Professional Bio
I am an experienced healthcare executive with more than 30 years of progressive leadership in nursing, hospital operations, and outpatient clinical care. My career has spanned roles as Chief Nursing Officer, Vice President of Community Operations & Clinical Services, Emergency Preparedness Officer, and now Executive Director & CEO of Lincoln Internal Medicine Associates; a thriving 11-provider internal medicine practice serving thousands of patients each year.
My leadership style is outcome-focused, people-centered, and rooted in faith and integrity. I specialize in building strong teams, aligning operations with strategic goals, and improving both the patient and employee experience. Key strengths include budget management, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and process redesign using Lean Six Sigma methodology. I’ve led initiatives that improved retention, enhanced clinical outcomes, and reduced costs across hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and outpatient settings.
In 2025, I founded Aging Ally, a nonprofit organization dedicated to guiding adults and their families through complex healthcare decisions with advocacy, compassion, and faith. As Founder, I bring my clinical expertise and leadership background to help families navigate care transitions, understand insurance options, and confidently plan for the future.
My Clifton Strengths: Individualization, Strategic, Focus, Discipline, and Woo; reflect my ability to recognize unique strengths in others, chart a clear course forward, execute with consistency, and build meaningful relationships.
I am passionate about creating lasting impact in healthcare by blending operational excellence with compassionate advocacy. Whether through leading a large medical practice or walking alongside families in their care journeys, my mission is the same: to elevate quality, foster trust, and empower people.
