Laura Brooks Dueland

Dr. Laura Brooks Dueland co-founded Inclusion Analytics, a woman owned data-driven diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) consulting firm. Laura earned her doctorate in industrial-organizational psychology with a focus on DEI research from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Before founding Inclusion Analytics, Laura worked as a consultant on topics ranging from healthcare compensation to personality assessments for selection and developmental coaching. Together, with her co-founder Dr. Emily Adams, Laura has developed DEI assessments targeting organizational policies and employee perceptions that have been used by more than 100 companies across industries and sectors, from small non-profits to international technology companies.
