Professional Bio
Dr. Emily Adams co-founded Inclusion Analytics with Dr. Laura Brooks Dueland to create workplaces that work for all. Emily earned a doctorate in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and developed tools used by more than 100 organizations to measure how employees experience their workplaces.
Prior to founding Inclusion Analytics, Emily leveraged data analytics to drive change in post-secondary education administration, juvenile justice system reform, and behavioral health workforce development. With people and data at the center of the work that she does, Emily helps clients identify the root causes of workplace issues to find solutions that build workplace culture, impact employee engagement, and enhance individual and organizational performance.
Outside of work, Emily enjoys doing science experiments and exploring the imaginary worlds created by her young children.
