Dr. Debbie Orduna is an experienced consultant and coach dedicated to helping organizations and leaders align vision with execution. She is the founder of Focal Consulting, where she partners with nonprofits, businesses, and executives to strengthen strategy, operations, leadership, and team health. Her work emphasizes sustainable growth, clarity in execution, and fostering healthy, high-performing teams.
Debbie also serves as an Executive Coach & Organizational Consultant with Fox Creek Fundraising, supporting mission-driven organizations in building capacity and securing resources to expand their impact. As a Certified Working Genius Facilitator (The Table Group), she guides teams through assessments and tools that improve collaboration, enhance productivity, and create greater organizational health.
She holds a PhD in Human Capital Management and a Master’s degree in Human Service Administration, grounding her consulting in both rigorous research and practical application. Her academic work focused on the role of psychological capital and leadership on organizational outcomes, a perspective she integrates into her coaching and facilitation.
