Legal Assistance

  • Iowa Legal Aid COVID-19 Legal Advice Hotline - 800-332-0419 - 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. All Iowans, regardless of income, who are experiencing legal problems due to the coronavirus/COVID-19 public health crisis can get free legal advice through this hotline.

Childcare Assistance

  • Council Bluffs Emergency Childcare Collaborative – Employees who wish to enroll in the childcare collaborative program must contact their employer’s human resource office for enrollment information.
