Salary & Benefit Survey

The 2017 Nonprofit Salary & Benefits Survey is Now Open

The results of the Survey will help your organization attract and retain your best assets (your employees), understand HR trends, keep an eye on what the market is paying and how benefits may be changing, and better manage your human capital.

The Survey Helps Answer Questions

HOW do I know what is fair to pay my employees?

WHO offers health insurance and what is the average employer/employee share?

WHERE do nonprofits get their sources of revenue?

WHEN are employees vested in their retirement plans?

HOW can I make sure our benefits package is competitive?

Organizations that complete the Survey by Sunday, April 30th will be eligible to purchase the final report at a 50% discount.
