STEPs Spring Workshops

Whether it’s through interviews, focus groups, or surveys, we
are eager to hear from our clients. How are our clients
impacted by our programs? What is and isn’t working well for
them? Why do some thrive, and others drop out? We may also
want to seek feedback from our staff or other stakeholders on
how to improve our programs.

Qualitative research can provide a rich, deep understanding of
individuals’ thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. STEPs is offering
a two-part workshop on how to collect and analyze data to
hear the voice of your clients and other stakeholders.

Qualitative 101

the voices of your clients and other stakeholders. We will

interviews, focus groups, and surveys. Attendees will gain
skills in conducting interviews and focus groups.
