Directors & Officers Insurance
For many years, directors and officers of nonprofit organizations enjoyed a sense of invulnerability as services associated with a nonprofit was not an attractive target for litigation. In today’s world, that is no longer the case. The three duties of corporate governance: obedience, loyalty and care, are important if a nonprofit board is faced with a lawsuit alleging improper fiduciary oversight or improper oversight of employment practices. Supplemental Insurance
Life Happens. Even if you have health insurance, that doesn’t mean you won’t have significant out of pocket expenses. Major medical doesn’t pay for co-pays and deductibles or out of network visits. While we may have the best health care in the world, we also have the most expense. Supplemental insurance from either of NAM’s preferred providers (Aflac for smaller nonprofits and Colonial for the larger nonprofits) is a way to deal with the challenges that life can bring. 403B Retirement Plan
NAM 403(b) plan will now be able to deliver a better and more consistent plan and financial education to participants. Statistics show plan participation and deferral rates increase as the education message is clearer and participant choice is more defined. Sponsors will see more competitive pricing, better technology, broad choice of quality investment options and more fiduciary support. For more information contact
