Building a Culture of Philanthropy: Your Work Through a Fundraising Lens

Nonprofits today are committed to fundraising in support of their mission, programs and services, but what does it look like for an organization to have a strong culture of philanthropy? An organization with a strong culture of philanthropy values their donors and places them at the center of the organization; and in addition, it builds capacity, systems and culture to support its fundraising success. Whether you are a nonprofit leader, staff member or volunteer, you can play a role in improving your organization’s attitude towards philanthropy.
