MEET THE PRESENTERS

Josh joined the firm in 2014 and runs Lutz Talent, a service that helps clients identify “the ideal candidate” to meet their business goals, challenges, culture and vision. He brings over 10 years of experience in public accounting and the search industry serving clients of every size and type. Josh’s experience as a CPA and his approach to gaining an in-depth understanding of the client’s talent needs, including the skills, experience, cultural understanding and personality fit, has been integral to his success.

Amy joined Lutz Talent in 2014 and serves as a Talent Acquisition Lead. She brings over 15 years of marketing and recruiting experience to Lutz and the many organizations in which she is involved. Amy’s favorite part of her role is interacting with candidates and clients to help facilitate long-term placement of top-talent.

Lutz Learning Live is a series of educational programs that offer up-to-date information that matters to business owners and accountants. The topics will cover a wide range of issues facing small businesses today. Presentations will last approximately 45 minutes with the remaining time for Q&A.
