How do you make your good board great? In this session, participants will unlock the secrets to assessing (and improving) meetings, board member evaluation and self-assessment, and how to establish a powerful committee to coordinate these strategies.

Board Boot Camp was developed in partnership with Leadership Omaha, Omaha Community Foundation, Nonprofit Association of the Midlands, UNO’s College of Public Affairs and Community Service, United Way of the Midlands and the Women’s Fund of Omaha.

    About the presenter: 

    Dr. Sara Roberts is a Co-Founder and Principal Consultant at Category One Consulting, a firm focused on helping organizations maximize their people and program effectiveness through the application of research, analytics, and evidence-based practices. Sara has a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and also serves as an adjunct faculty member in the College of Business Administration at the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
