Enhancing Donor Relations            

Description: Enhance donor relationships and increase donations by understanding why donors give and learning how to map out the Steps of the Buy and the Steps of the Sell.  We will then identify efficiencies in your process and develop a strategy for improved donor giving.

Participants will accomplish the following:

·       Learn how to map out the donor experience

·       Learn how to “touch” your donors with marketing tools and techniques

·       Identify methods for improving donor retention

·       Understand why the donor gives

·       Develop a growth strategy and plan with tactical findings

·       Anyone who comes in contact with the donor
