About the Presenters 

Laura Quinn, Director of Partnerships and Knowledge, Idealware. Laura has worked in the technology field for nearly 20 years. As Idealware’s Director of Partnerships and Knowledge, she partners with Idealware staff and a diverse range of organizations to develop high quality information resources for nonprofits. Laura has worked with numerous foundations including the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of NC, and the Legal Services Corporation to gain a deeper understanding of the technology needs in the nonprofit sector, review technology grant proposals, and conduct research to advance technology knowledge in the nonprofit sphere. She has also selected software, designed interfaces, and conducted user research for multimillion dollar software and website implementations with such companies as Accenture and iXL. Laura is a frequent speaker and writer on nonprofit technology topics for Markets for Good, TAG, the Grant Managers Network, and NTEN.
