Jacobs’ Place 20th Anniversary Open House
Omaha Home for Boys

Jacobs’ Place Transitional Living Campus
919 N. 48th Street  |  Omaha

The Omaha Home for Boys welcomes the community to the 20th Anniversary Open House for its Jacobs’ Place Transitional Living program Thursday, Sept. 24, 2015.  In addition to food and an opportunity to learn more about the Home’s transitional living program, there will be apartment tours and other fun activities.  Jacobs’ Place is named for former Omaha Home for Boys board officer Warren L. “Pat” Jacobs, and original funding came from his estate upon his death in 1991.  It had been his passion and goal to establish a transitional living program at the Home. Jacobs’ Place introduced females to the Home’s continuum of care for the first time in its long history.  It is a resource for youth ages 17-20 who struggle with a lack of housing, support, education and independent living skills.  RSVP to Brandy Gustoff by September 16 at bgustoff@omahahomeforboys.org.   Free
